Auroras Luz Candles LLC has been a Home Hand poured business since 2021. What started as a memorial project for owner Gloriluzs' late  grandma, ultimately became what we all see now as Auroras Luz Candles LLC. With lots of thought and consideration into what exactly she wanted to create for everyone, she realized her creativity and passion could push the envelope not just with the candles but with the wax melts she set to add and make for you all. Each product is hand poured and individually created with so much love. To craft wellness items of superior quality, we use methods that were around long before the days of industrial production and unpronounceable chemicals. Everything made is made with love and poured with so much passion and integrity. You will not find Beautifully Crafted Candles such as these anywhere else! Let's also be sure to emphasize those wax melts that look as realistic as the real thing. You won't find ANYTHING like them anywhere else. Our Past, Present & Future
The mission of Auroras Luz candles is simple. We strive to keep our customers happy and healthy amidst the chaos of modern life. To do so, we design scent profiles that promote groundness and well-being. Candles and wax melts to trigger memories with childhood favorites such as snacks, foods and drinks. Going beyond typical and regular. Creating realistic designs is our specialty while also promoting a sense of distinct scent profiles that are unique to the design.

Since 2021, we have crafted unique blends of natural minerals and oils that originate near our Boston, Mass location to infuse our candles with. Each product helps root you in a home that is solely yours, while also connecting you to the environment we all share. We know that what is good for you must also be good for the earth. We strive in using Good quality products.

All orders take 4 business days to process and once shipped should be received within 7-15 days. Should any issues come to arise please reach out! We strive to provide excellent service at all cost so please let us know and we will handle any and all issues within 24 hours of contact!
Returns
The Fine Print
Please Keep in mind that every candle is hand poured and created with you in mind. Should any issues arise please reach out so we can fix the issue. Custom Candles cannot be returned due to the nature of the candle. But if there is an issue we will do our best to rectify so please reach out! As far as the products replacements are always available within reasonable reasons.

Do you create custom gift sets?
We absolutely do - To be honest most of our candles can be customized whether its scent - color- especially for our manifestation candles.
What is your return policy?
You can find detailed explanation on return policy under return policy -- but in order to touch up on area -- custom manifestation candles cannot be returned due to nature of candle but if there is an issue please feel free to reach out so we can rectify issue. Any other products, as long as its a reasonable reason for return we can either send a new product or issue refund again within reasonable reasons. But always reach out and within 24 hours of contact we will do everything in our power to rectify issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
We haven't considered international but reach out and we will see what options we have for you :) Again we are trying to accommodate every Aurora Luz Purchaser!
